So I am doing The Primal Blueprint - I started it August 4th and haven’t had bread or pasta or really many grains at all in almost a month. I have lost 3 inches in my fat gut (I don’t have a scale, so I am not sure of pounds lost - but maybe 5 or 6?) and feel great. Sometimes I post little things on Twitter or Facebook about it but I think I need to stop cause PEOPLE SUCK and post the weirdest rude things. You think they would be HAPPY I was getting in better shape and feeling good. This one old friend of mine posts some judgey comment every time I write anything food related. I am tempted to block her. Someone on Twitter suggested I have an eating disorder.
I am starting a grain free/low carb/no sugar lifestyle change. I am getting so much feedback on this - but the research is on my side. I particularly love this blog which is really just the tip of the ice berg.
